Before a student can be issued a MiniNote device, a parent or legal guardian of the student must complete a Parent Orientation Session and the student must complete a Student Orientation Session. All Parent Orientation Sessions will be approximately 30-40 minutes in length and will be held in the WHS auditorium on the dates and times listed below. Students will be given three early opportunities to attend Student Orientation Sessions outside of school hours in the WHS auditorium and all other student sessions will be held in conjunction with select classes during the students’ regular class schedules through the last week of October and into November until all students have completed the session.

o Thursday, October 22nd at 6:00 pm
o Thursday, October 22nd at 7:00 pm
o Tuesday, October 27th at 4:00 pm (during Parent/Teacher Conferences)
o Tuesday, October 27th at 6:00 pm (during Parent/Teacher Conferences)
o Tuesday, October 27th at 8:00 pm (during Parent/Teacher Conferences)
o Wednesday, October 28th at 4:00 pm (during Parent/Teacher Conferences)
o Wednesday, October 28th at 6:00 pm (during Parent/Teacher Conferences)
o Wednesday, October 28th at 8:00 pm (during Parent/Teacher Conferences)
Student Orientation Sessions:
o Tuesday, October 13th at 4:00 pm
o Tuesday, October 13th at 5:00 pm
o Wednesday, October 14th at 5:00 pm
o All other student orientation sessions will be held during school hours in conjunction with select classes in students’ daily schedules (October 21th – November 10th)
